can you put a dance floor anywhere?
Probably not, but we’ll try. The surface needs to be fairly dry, level, and flat, unless you want to put the dance floor on a raised and leveled platform, such as a stage deck.

What goes at the edges of the dance floor?
Great question. Edge trim of course! Our edge trim comes in black, gold, or silver.
Do you rent anything else?
No, actually, we only rent dance floors. As far as we know, we’re the only specialty dance floor rental company in the state of Washington. We’re considering expanding into stage decks, tents, and outdoor heaters to expand the range of places and situations in which we can offer outdoor dance floors. Please drop a line and let us know what you think we should rent.
Do you deliver, Install, and pickup? What does that cost?
Absolutely. Installation is included in the rental price of the panels, but additional charges apply for delivery and for pickups after 9:30pm.
Delivery charges start at $150 and go up from there depending on distance from Seattle, size of the floor, and the difficulty of the path between the loading area and dance floor site.
Late night pickup charges start at $200 and go up for very large floors and for floors that need to be picked up between 2 a.m. and 7 a.m.
do you offer any discounts?
We offer discounts to the event industry. Feel free to ask about discounts for multiple day events.
do you have additional terms and conditions
Yes, we do. Please peruse our rental agreement at your leisure.
When do I have to pay?
Payment in full is generally due 10 days before the event. Payment terms are negotiable for clients in the event industry.
Do your prices include sales tax?
No. Washington state requires sales tax to be calculated based on the delivery location, so it will be different for most jobs.
do you require a deposit to reserve a floor?
A deposit of $50 is required to reserve a dance floor unless you are in the event industry or a repeat customer. The deposit is refundable up until 30 days before the delivery date, if you need to cancel.
What if something happens and I have to cancel?
We’ll give you a full refund, minus your $50 deposit, if you cancel 14 days or more in advance or your event and a 50% refund thereafter. All cancellations related to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic will receive a full refund regardless of timing.
What is your service area?
We will deliver floors throughout Western Washington, but we mostly serve the Puget Sound area and specifically the following communities: Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Issaquah, Tacoma, Lynnwood, and Everett.
